At American Modern Exteriors, first and foremost our number one objective is customer service. It starts with the sales process. Whether we are fixing a leaky roof or helping a customer through an insurance claim, working with our customers every step of the process is the most important thing we can accomplish. Regardless of the size of the project, each and every single job is handled with detail and care to ensure every single customer of ours is happy and comfortable throughout the process. As for our crews, besides being well experience and skilled in their trade they take absolute pride in their workmanship and never “cut corners”. All of us at Modern Exteriors understand how sacred a person’s home or business is and we act as such.
The following three points are covered at every consultation appointment: Assessment, Education, and outlining a Solution. Roofs for example – why replace when a repair will do or why repair when you need a full replacement. Many home or business owners aren’t experts in roofing or siding and it’s our belief that it is the contractor’s responsibility to educate and inform the owners as to what the best and appropriate solutions are. Otherwise it can cost owners thousands of dollars unnecessarily.
All of our crews are high skilled and experienced in their trades and they take pride in the work they do. They know that when they finish a job, their names are on it for the life of the property. Whether it’s a full roof replacement or a small repair, every project is done efficiently, within OSHA Safety requirements, and correctly & by Wisconsin building code. Another major point we emphasize is clean and maintained jobsites – during and after the work is completed.
Anyone can leave you with a price on a piece of paper however after a consultation with us, we provide a detailed breakdown of the entire proposed project and all the options that fit your project’s needs and your budget. Also you will be left with the knowledge and information you need to make your decision on what needs to be done and who you should have perform the work.

The same concept carries over to our Insurance Claim department. Our staff has years of experience in dealing with insurance carriers, adjusters and has handled hundreds of insurance claims. We feel that it is a contractor’s responsibility not only to fix the damage done to your property but to also explain the process step by step so the home or business owner is well informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. We are trained in scoping/assessing the damage as well as processing paperwork.
Efficiency is key and by staying efficient and organized, we keep our cost down in return keeping the cost down.
Our sales reps are well trained not only in the construction techniques and skills but also in the products we use. As a company we are continually in contact with our vendors and suppliers as to what new products and materials are upcoming so all of our customers and potential customers have the very best and innovative options for their projects.
